School Adminstrator

Job Title: School Administrator (SEN Setting)
Pay Rate: £16.03 per hour
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Start Date: 20th October

Smart Education is currently recruiting for an experienced School Administrator to join a fantastic SEN provision in the Wolverhampton area. This is a full-time, term-time position within a highly supportive and well-resourced school that provides outstanding education and care for children with a range of additional needs.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a school office (essential)
• Confident and experienced using Arbor management systems (essential)
• Enhanced child/Adult DBS on the Update Service (essential)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate student records using Arbor
• Upload and manage EHCP and IEP documentation
• Support the Senior Leadership Team with daily administrative duties
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy across all school data
• Liaise professionally with parents, carers, staff, and external agencies
